Tried to use the fax utility in Win 7.This is the problem I ran into:I have a pci 64 bit NIC card for my cable modem. Works great.Installed a pci fax modem along side the Network card.When I booted the dialup/fax modem was recognized and installed correctly.The network card disappeared and network connection was gone.Ironically, the fax modem works.I tried re-installing drivers for for the network card. No go. System says I don't have one.In the end I un-installed the fax modem and pysically removed it. When I re-booted, lo and behold my network card was there again.Am I missing something in setting this up? Not a vista user.
