Hi everyone,

Of all the smartphones in our company (of which only mine is Windows Phone, Lumia 830) only my phone is not displaying thumbnails for contact and myself in Lync.

I have just received an update to Skype for Business on my phone (joy!)... but thumbnails are still missing. I cannot find any problem in functionality - only missing thumbnails.

Other phones - various Androids and iPhones - don't have such problem.

I have checked my phone's Skype for Business (and Lync, previously) settings, everything looks fine, everything is enabled. Tried logging off and back on, removing and re-installing app... always the same.

On infrastructure side, being MS partner, we are running latest Exchange, Lync server, Server 2012 R2 on all our servers (mostly VMs under Hyper-V).

Anyone else experienced this behavior? It's not a show-stopper, mostly makes me curious why does this happen only on Windows phone platform :)
