Can anyone help? Whenever I try to open a link I get the following error message: "Error 102 (net: ERR__CONNECTION__REFUSED): unknown error. "The webpage at:____ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." This is so frustrating! Used PC tools & found 100+ errors, then hit restore but that did solve the problem. Is this a malicious software? If so how can I get rid of it?
