- Windows configuration doesn't stop at 12~15% but at 95%. 

- Windows abruptly turns off while I am using and restarts before it starts the failure configuring windows loop. 

- I have accidentally deleted the system environments variable path but now it is

Do mean that you cannot perform system restore? Or you just cannot install update?

You need tell us more information about the specific issue.

I assume you cannot install update and change some environment variable, if so, try system restore to get them back.
