Hi! I am from Latvia and today I tried to buy Windows 7. I entered correct Latvian address and my credit card number, but windows said that it is wrong. So I found an example US address on google and entered it, but microsoft keeps saying that I entered wrong information (however it took 3$ each time it did so). So now I spent 12$ in vain. Isn't it possible to buy windows from other countries? And why didn't microsoft warn me about this. A few more tries and I could buy another windows.
