FWD queue to Voicemail

Hi all,

we have two queue where both are set to fwd to voicemail. For one it works, the other one it doesn't. It just go silent after 20 sec( the setup for queue timeout)

I have compared both accounts (Exchange and Lync), Only difference is they are on separate sip trunks so only different voice policy.Both voice policy are the same,but using different sip trunks. Any idea how to troubleshoot this further?.

Hi,

From your description above, the issue may cause by the sip trunk.

Please compare the sip trunk configuration on topology, you can try to change the issued sip trunk to the worked one and then test the issue again.

Also make sure Voice Routing set correctly.
