FROM display name:Thanks for your answer, but I don't see "Tools" when I am in the Write screen, nor in the Inbox or Outbox of MSN Internet Explorer. What screen am I supposed to go to in order to access the "Tools" link that you suggest?GG---ArtistGG---Artist

Since you didn't tell us anything otherwise, my CrystalBall© assumed you were using Outlook Express (OE) to access (send) your emails. Are you accessing your mail via Internet Explorer (IE6) or MSN Explorer? (They're not the same thing.)In any event & assuming it's a name[AT]msn.com or name[AT]hotmail.com account, the "display name" corresponds to the NAME setting in your Live ID profile/account: https://account.live.com/ IOW if your account's NAME is, e.g., GG---Artist, that'll be your "display name" in emails you send, too. If you change it to, e.g., Geoffrey George, that'll be your new "display name" in emails.~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) ~ MS MVP (IE, Mail, Security, Windows & Update Services) since 2002 ~ Disclaimer: MS MVPs neither represent nor work for Microsoft
