FPE marks every Inbound email with SCL9

Hello!

I have a customer that has 2 Exchange Servers, 1 in the internal network with CAS, HUB, and Mailbox Roles, and the other in the perimeter network with the Edge role and Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server.

Suddenly last week FPE started to mark every inbound email with SCL9 and the internal Exchange Server put them in the Junk Email Folder of the mailbox user. The fast workaround was to make that the emails enter directly to the internal Exchange Server.

Then the next day we tried to put online again the Edge server and continued working well, until today, again FPE began making the same problem.

Anybody know what is going on?

Please try to submit a false positive spam e-mail message to Cloudmark, send the e-mail message as an RFC 2822 attachment (.eml). 

How to notify Microsoft of false negative and false positive spam messages that are identified by Antigen or Forefront
