Seriously, how is anyone supposed to help you out here? What interview? Why? If you are asking us to do your homework for you so you can try and con someone into thinking you understand FIM and get a job you don't deserve then I respectively suggest you've come to the wrong place.

I would also add that if you are asking so you might GIVE the interview to prospective employees, then you really need to learn the product and why it is useful (Do some homework) before asking us.  You would clearly not be in a position to understand if that interviewee knows anything regardless of any questions/answers we posted.

Well aren't you a D*CK?! I have found that in my quest for more knowledge about various technologies, a good place to start is in the interview questions.  They give an insight to the relevant areas that I need to study.

Maybe you should get off of that high horse of yours and realize that not everybody is as all-knowing as you, and part of being a steward of I.T. is to help those who don't understand everything that we know to understand a little more.
