FIM WinRM Errors

We are experiencing the following error when GALsynci'ng Exchange contacts from Forest1 to Forest2

WinRM cannot process the request

Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : WinRM cannot process the request. The following error occured while using Kerberos authentication: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

The galsync works fine for Forest2 to Forest1. (Forest1 is Exchange 2007, Forest2 is Exchange 2010)

The account is a member of the correct groups and even been added to the domain admins but no joy.

Strangely, we can use this account to create a contact in Forest1 (from forest2) using remote powershell.

If Powershell works surely so should FIM as it should use Powershell in the background and I am using the same credentials in Powershell as specified in FIM. That should indicate there is no problem with permissions.
