Help me to solve the problem that happened after the upgrading FIM: stopped working agent FIM Service Management Agent  during of action Export

In the event log two posts what to do?

Is there any request which is being created in the FIM Portal by the synchronization service account? If yes, then is that request under validating/some other stucked up state like post processing?
