    For Initial Load of Data into FIM Porta, we had implemented SQL MA.We are dumping data in to a seperate DB table and importing data into Metavers through SQL MA. Then we are exporting users from metaverse to FIM portal through FIM MA by doing FIM MA Export. The FIM MA export is taking too long time to export users. For exporting 24000 users it took almost 10 hours 45 minutes to complete the Export.

Is there any way to optimize the FIM MA Export to complete the Export in less time.
Please help me out..

Hello,

before FIM2010 R2, which operates in sequentials mode on FIM MA exports there were a blog post from Bob about optimizing inital loads.

Maybe this is helpful even if you use R2

Remember that R2 is using paralell exports by default using the msidmCompositeType for batches of exports.
If i remember correctly you can modify the amount of objects per batch.

I would also have a look on the SQL.
