Gentelman,
What error did you see in the UI? What operation was being performed to generate this? this looks like an application event log entry when either user provisioning with a password or password synchronization fails from sync engine side. Can you clarify your
actual issue?

actually i tried to reset a password , i have no error in UI and the reset was successfull .

Is the above stack trace from the application log or the operations log? If it is the operations log, it always show this type of message. It shows it as red error but this basically for tracing/debugging information only, entries there do not mean you
have an actual problem.

Actually it's linked to synchronisation engine , the erros are displayed in Operational log in Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization .
I have an MV extension which provision users from AD to AD LDS
Any idea ?

As I stated, if it is from the operational log then these entries are normal, even if there is no error. It is debug information that can be used by someone in the product group debugging FIM, I am not sure if it has any other value. Yes, it is just
for the sync engine.

I have an error similar to this, but I have TONS of errors in the operational log, with no information in them.

I've seen those errors in fresh and old installs. Never worked them out. :(
