I have FIM 2010 R2 Sp1.
Yesterday, I imported users from a csv file to FIM Portal.
My account (admin FIM Portal) I added to filter MA.
Today I can not sign in to Portal. Error: "You do not have permission to access this site. "
Help please!

Do you have FIM Synchronization Service enabled there and manage FIM Service? If so, make sure that your user has all three values: Domain, AccountName, SID.
Moreover, using installer account, go to http://fimportal/IdentityManagement/_layouts/user.aspx site and confirm that there is NT Authority\Atuhenticated Users with Read permission:

The FIM Synchronization Service is enabled.
I can manage the FIM Service.
Admin user does not have in metaverse. (Filter)
NT Authority\Atuhenticated Users have Read permission.

Problem with a csv file.
In the csv file placed admin accountname.
I deleted the accountname.
