Receiving the below error and FEP definition is not updating. Restarted ccmexec, windows update services.  

WUAHandler.log

UpdateDeployment.log

Assignment({539B9540-FB4F-4ECF-A82F-0C85D53A3B85}) already in progress state (AssignmentStateDetecting). No need to evaluate
