Export result issue when lync client version is higher than pool version that use lync powershell cmdlet

Hello guys,

I have a environment the lync client version is 2013 but the lync server version is 2010, I'd like to export the conversations use lync powershell cmdlet, but the result is not correct.

For example test3 said:1111111 and test4 feedback: 222222\ in this case the eml file like below(all conversations will be in the attachment exclude first conversation):

but the result is correct when I change the lync client to version 2010, result like below:

Could you please help me what happened? or what I am not change of lync configuration?

Is the Lync 2013 format is not compatible with lync 2010? So the lync server has convert to the attachment file.

I'm a bit confused, what PowerShell command are you attempting to use?

Hi EinsteinSu,

Can you rename the file to .mht and use Internet Explorer to open the file and then check if the result is correct ?
