Explorer Shortcuts enforced
Hi I seem to have enabled a set of explorer shortcuts in windows. Everytime I push the d key everything gets minimized and when i push the r key the run dialogue box appears - please can you let me know how to turn this functionality off? Thanks

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums. Generally, while you press Win + D combination keys, all windows are minimized to show desktop; while you press Win + R combination keys, a run window will be opened. Based on my experience, the issue described above may occur if either of the following scenario is true: 1. You happen to press Win key at the same time or the Win key is stuck to the keyboard and it is pressed on all the time. Please check the Win key, press it multiple times and ensure it isn’t stuck. You also can connect an external keyboard for a test. Moreover, you could disable the Windows key manually. Please refer to: How to disable the keyboard Windows key 2. Some function keys or keyboard shortcuts do not work correctly.
