Explorer Navigation Bar Issue
1. If you know which updates landed in your computer, then you can make a decision on possible troublemaker. 2. Otherwise Process Monitor is your new toy tool. Regards Milos PS: Are there any traces in Event log and WindowsUpdate.log?

Since the last 15 updates were installed I can no longer choose to download or open a file blocked by the navigation bar. Choosing to "Download File?" recycles to the same question without allowing the download to occur no matter how many attempts are made. The issue needs to be corrected ASAP since one of the blocked sites is the American Chemical Society site where I have been routinely downloading my weekly copy of Chemical and Engineering News after choosing to do so on the Navigation Bar. I really resent Microsoft's intrusion on my right to choose!
