Explorer Library, Music Library and Tag View
I got a problem in the new Windows explorer. I have two main folders for my music, folder one is for all news and the second folder is for all my older stuff and thats the biggest Folder. In the first folder (news) I have follwing structure: Artist/Album/#- track or if there is only one album from one artist only the structure Artist-Album/ #-track the second folder has this structure : 6 folders in it named 0 - 9 ; A - E; F - J; K - O; P - T and U - Z. In this 6 folders I have all my music alphabeticly sortet in the same structure as above... Artist/Album/#-track I added both folders in the Windows explorer Library to the Music Library Icon. When I now open the Music Library Icon, I can see both folders and the tracks in it when "Folder View" is activated. Folder.jpg Cover Art view won't work prober with Win 7 Build 7100 so I activate the Tag View in the Music Library Folder (this is the new feature). I choose tag view of artist. But only from one folder, the folder with the new stuff, shows me the correct tag view. Artist name with cover arts stacked when more as one album and then by clicking every album with his cover art. The other folder only shows the files by activated Folder view when I turn on the Tag view there is nothing to see and the folder seemed to be empty. What is that. When I copy an album from this folders to the new stuff folder I can see the album with tag view but not in the other folder. Somebody know if this is a bug in the RC 7100 or is there a workaround. All mp3 files are tagged in the equal version. I resetted all older attributs. In the Document Library there is the same behavior. I linked my Documents (docs, jpgs, gifs and so on) folder to the Documents Library Icon an can see all files by activated folder view, if I turn to sorted by type the folder, is shown empty. Need Help
