Explorer Issues with new views
Subject: Moving files DialogueWhat I love, is the (Larger) that is displayed next to the file that is larger. What I want to see more of, is more details. Please show the size in KB's and the date modified.Subject: ExplorerPlease change the default location to open when pressing Windows~E from Libraries, to My Computer. I use this shortcut hourly, at least four times, where as I don't use Libraries as often. If I would be able to add, just move the Libraries to My Computer, and list Music/Pictures/Etc., just as you would drives. If you can not or don't want to make this default, please at least make this an option. One thing that bugged me about XP soo much, was that this shortcut opened up My Computer with the folder tree, and I always had to close that.Subject: Explorer Detail ViewsPlease bring back the pop-up to show details like size, contents, and date modified to the hovering of files/folders. I don't like looking down at the bottom of the window to see the details, and this also requires that I first click on the item I am trying to find out more information about. If I was moving files, I would have to click on the item, and then find out that information, and then re-select the items I was moving. Very un-intuitive, and not giving enough information. Also, please bring back the navigation to My Computer and detail pop-up in Start Menu. I believe this is really a bug, because it worked like this before in previous OS'es, XP included, and it isn't anymore. Thanks!

Ronnie,I do have a question which it is not on this one You posted a big yellow warning on one of my replies and I just wanted to know why you had not done the same on the other dozen or so that other people posted the same answer. It was on the Explorer freezing. I will admit I didn't know what the link actually did except it cured mine from freezing so I passed it on Sorry I will try hard not to help anyone again you made me feel like an idiot.Have a nice day , I will leave all the helping to you from now on.chamblisstom@bellsouth.net
