Explorer EXE error shows up on my screensaver with nothing else visable. No short-cuts, toolbar, Start, no settings at all. I have even tried to reinstall XP pro. again and it freezes when it get to wheather I will accept the agreement or not. It will not reconize system recovery floppy disk that I downloaded from our other computer. I have rebooted from the CD drive with system disks. Help!
