Hello caliblue15, Could you please try: rebooting in 'Safe Mode', by pressing and holding [F8] and selecting 'Safe Mode' once you log on to your system, please try launching Internet Explorer when it gives any issues: you know that Internet Explorer is corrupt and you need to remove it from 'Windows Features' and replace it again if it does not give any issues, try downloading Internet Explorer 9 from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-9/worldwide-languages (still in 'Safe Mode') and installing it in 'Normal Mode'. While installing, the installer will check Internet Explorer for errors and bugs and it will attempt to fix them for you.
