When I start up my PC I get the following error message:"Explorer.exe Application ErrorThe application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000142)"My desktop then fails to load properly. If I open Task Manager though I can run Explorer.exe through that and everything then works fine. Does anyone know what's wrong and what I can do to stop having to go through this procedure everytime?
