Having issues with explorer.exe crashing about 3-4 times a day. Every time it crashes, explorer.exe will reload; however it gets really annoying. Error message is as follows:In Title Bar: NOTIFYWND_OTEX_LLDS_082803: Explorer.EXE - Application ErrorMain: The instruction at "0x7c91b21a" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written". Click on the OK to terminate the program, Click on CANCEL to debug the program.Normally this error will happen whenever I open up my computer and just exploring, searching for files.This is a freshly imaged machine too. So no cause for spyware or malware on the machine. All windows updates/service packs are in place too.

I had same error and I test HW: LAN adapter on motherboard was problem. I must change a motherboard, and now everything works OK.
