Except for .NET 3.5, every update is failing, after KB3022345 was tried to be installed in my computer, and failed (it is still failing)

After KB3022345 failed installation (and it is still failing), every update is failing, except .NET 3.5. This is the current status:

- Succeeded

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 no Windows 8.1 (KB3035487)

- Failed

Windows 8.1 (KB3051768)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 e 4.5.2 in Windows 8.1 (KB3032663)
Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 8.1 (KB3061904)
Windows 8.1 (KB3061518)
Windows 8.1 (KB3045171)
Windows 8.1 (KB3046002)
Windows 8.1 (KB3055642)
Windows 8.1 (KB3050514)
Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB2883029)
Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 (KB3049563)

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 e 4.5.2 in Windows 8.1 (KB3032663) failed twice.

My computer is pt-BR and set to receive Windows Update automatically.

Is there a solution for this?

All the updates worked for me except 8.1 x64 (KB3046002) Not sure what the issue is.

Tried standalone installer it fails as well.

Both give error code 80070003

Ok i finally got it to install using the download not windows update. But I had to do the following before the download would work.

See the link

 http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-windows_update/windows-81-update-1-failed-error-80070003/f2f60085-27d7-4c85-b3c4-cd24380e30dc

and follow the instructions provided by Mykolas M. (pasted below) and run the WindowsUpdateDiagnostic tool reboot then download the manual patches and run the updates.

1. Execute these commands as administrator in cmd:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
If first command reports that everything is fine and nothing is broken, there is no need for the second one. That was the case for me, but you might have different problems.
2. And this is what solved the problem for me. Try running the following command as administrator:
sfc /scannow
In my case, it found some system file errors and fixed them. I think I've rebooted afterwards and then tried to install the update. And it worked.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm following it, but I got some problems:

1- WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab finds errors (3 sometimes 2) and says they were all corrected. Unfortunately, they were not corrected, because, if I run it again, it finds the same errors (and the updates still fail).

2- DISM /RESTOREHEALTH may use a WIM file to copy components from it. Do you know if the WIM file obtained with recimg.exe is enough?

3- DISM /RESTOREHEALTH with the default source (Windows Update) doesn't give me any feedback (after hours - my internet connection is dial-up), so I don't know if it's working or not.

ADDED:

4- I ran sfc /scannow: it detected errors that could not correct!

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've already tried it (it runs WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab) and some problems were found and corrected. Unfortunately, running it again, the same problems are found, although the previous execution told me they were corrected.

Anyway,  my problems seem to be solved right now, and even the long list of failed updates from last tuesday are installed succesfully!

This is what happened:

1- After KB3022345 failed, I used the OS built in solution for WUpdate errors. It found errors and told me they were corrected (a green tick besides each one).

2- I tried to install KB3022345 again but it failed (many times).

3- I then ran sfc /scannow. It found erros but told me it could not correct them! This is frustrating!

4- I tried then dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (which uses WUpdate as source) but it seems to be stuck at some point even after hours running (there's no visual information it is running).

5- Eventually, I noticed the KB3022345 has been pulled (not offered anymore, nor hidden).

6- Then I set WUpdate to automatic download and install again, and voila, the long list of failed updates were successfully installed.

Currently, my computer seems to be OK with all updates successfully installed, and KB3022345 pulled off (not installed, not offered and not hidden).

Thanks WUTeam!

ADDED:

I forgot to mention in step 2- that I ran the diagnostic tool (WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab) and also tried to install the standalone package for that KB, without success.
