Excel macro saving to network fails on first network file write with 7 Pro 64 and Excel 2007
I've had an automated macro running for years without fail. In the last few weeks, the macro fails only on Windows 7 64 bit environment when it tries to save the file at the close of the macro. The network location it's saving to is a 2008R2 server. It's been tested on 7 Pro 32, XP 64, XP 32 with no fails. Back on the 7 64 machine, I moved the Excel file to a local drive to run the macro and the macro runs until the portion of the macro that publishes an .htm to the network. The 1st published page fails and the other 6 publish without fail. At fail, I can reume the macro from debug and the macro finishes without fail. The failure is "check file path" like it's not connected to the network, however, I get the same error wether the file is being launched from a local or network drive. It's not permissions (I have ownership rights) and our admin has tried under his domain admin login. I think the macro is looking for the network and determining it is non-present or unauthorized before the local machine and server can authenticate the connection. Any thoughts?
