I am on Lync 2010. The lync meetings I setup are always restricted,

Participants have to wait in the lobby until I start the meetiing. The option to allow invitees to join the meetiing without restrictions is missing ie "Everyone including people outside my company (there are no restrictions) option under Access in Lync meeting options is missing. I can see this option for my colleugues enabled.
 
How do I enable this? are there any registry setting?

Please try to login Lync client using another computer with your Lync account to test if it controlled by Lync policy or registry.

Please uninstall the Lync client, reinstall it and then remove Lync profile with the following path to test the issue:

<user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\
