Every time after a boot up, I get the message that windows/system32/msiosd32.dll is not valid and needs to be checked against the installation diskette. But the installation CD does not have it

I would like to know what is the issue with this msiosd32.dll so I do not have this problem.Also, as of recent, I can not upload and use Acrobat reader 9.4, I do not know if this is related or not.
