Every time I boot up my computer, it gives me the message that reads "Windows cannot access local user files", and this happened after my dad decided to use do a system recovery. I'm not too familiar with computers so i'm not exactly sure what the problem is.1 person needs an answerI do too

Your user account is corrupted or perhaps you had Windows set to automatically log into a user account which no longer exists. Since you say you aren't familiar with computer, the best solution would be to take the machine to a reputable local professional. Don't use a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place. Is your data backed up? What were the problems your dad was trying to solve by doing a System Recovery?
