Event ID 41 The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
The Event 4 1 is follwed by this error which is 89 something about thermal issues if I'm not mistaken. Can anyone give me more infomation about what this means, the "_PSV" numbers and such? Thanks

If termal issue is the case, then look into BIOS. There is something like computer health with CPU temperature values and check if it is within allowed limits.
It would be helpful if you could specify the computer "history", any installation, configuration, update and overclocking, to name few.

It is a 2 week old clean install of Windows 7 32-bit with SP1, all the updates, no overclocking.

Hi,
Please check this knowledge base (KB) article: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2: The system
has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first
Also, according to my research, this issue may be related to the chipset power technologies such as:
Intel C-State Technology
Intel SpeedStep Technology
AMD Cool'n'Quiet Technology
AMD PowerNow! Technology
If you are using the AMD/Intel chipset, try the following suggestions to see if the issue can be resolved:
Update the chipset driver and the BIOS to the latest version. You can download
it from the manufacturer's website.
Disable the above features from BIOS. You can contact the motherboard manufacturer
directly to consult the BIOS configuration.
