Thank you for responding., before i saw your post here i was working on trying to figure out more about this Error so that i could provide the expected/required information. When i clicked event the log online it brings up About the Service control manager http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/10d20d7b-dad8-4dcd-b4a0-46aad12b8574.aspx and when i scrolled Down i saw this link on changing a device driver http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=105084 And also http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff800798(v=WS.10).aspx i was in the prossess of utilizing this utility and found myself up against a wall not knowing what the driver names that i am needing to delete. I had a crash on 3/2/12 and have been forced to exit all expansion slot cards to get my audio card to work (Creative Sound blaster X-fi ti) those creative files and registries are lock into the computer and have been unable to remove them. I am currently down to the rock bottom of my PC System trying to reinstall/rebuild. I have gone into safe mode and have experienced the same issues. Method 1 (answer): I have ran SFC/scannow several times now and i have continuely received the message "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" Method 2 (answer): When the crash had originally happened on 3/2/12 the very first thing i tried to do in Winre was BCD/etc. after let windows try to repair and it didnt. and i continuely say the message number of windows installations:0 . So i was backed into the corner and forced to recover with a backup. Method 3 (answer): I have ran the startup repair and i have continuely recieved the message that no problem was found. ok i figured out to type pnputil.exe -e to enumerate all third party packages.

And then i had to type pnputil.exe -f -d oem15.inf ., because if you notice it says that a device has it in use but that device is not recognized in device manager.

I have now Put the audio card in another expansion slot (PCIe2.0x16_2) and it was detected there and went to device manager and right clicked on the audio device and clicked uninstall and then checked delete the driver software then ok and it proceeded to do so. i put the audio card in the orginal intended slot (PCIe 2.0x1_1) and there still is no detection of the audio card. And so i am continuing to work on this. I am thinking these things that i am trying will work for other devices also

I have what is called AMDRaidexpert on my computer and i dont have a raid configuration and dont intend to and am unable to uninstall the AMDRaidexpert so i have just allowed it through the firewall hoping that the event log 121, MSiSCSI will go away.
