hello, I have been trying to install things (games, applications, etc) onto my computer for weeks now, and I keep facing Windows Installer error 1719 ("Windows Installer service could not be accessed" etc.) I checked my Services to see if it was running, but it wasn't. I thought I could fix it simply by starting it, but thenerror 1053 comes up. ("The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.") Websites I have gone to try and resolve this issue have all suggested to download/install the latest version Microsoft NET Framework, but because of Error 1719, I can't install it. It seems like an eternal loop from here on out. Please help! Thanks in advance.1 person needs an answerI do too
