Error with single web page on all browsers, but works on other's computers.  Can anyone fix it?
I'm having an error when trying to click a link on a specific web page. http://mysprint.sprint.com/mysprint/pages/msb/user/signIn_signUpRN.jsp?id4=WS:AMB:20101002:EAM:SO I need to reset my password for a login I received on this web page and the error appears when I try to click the forgot password link on the bottom right. Here is the error message: "object doesn't support property or method 'hasOwnProperty'" I recieved this in IE 9 and I received just "object doesn't support property or method" in IE 8 and in Mozilla Firefox it just opens a window and has a circular loading animation that runs forever and never completely loads. I suspect this issue is a combination of both the java script running on the server and local settings since one of my co-workers can load the page on an almost identical laptop and another cannot and receives the identical error message. I'm fairly tech savvy and have admin rights on my computer and usually can fix alomst anything. For this issue I'm ready to give up and just make someone else deal with password resets for this specific vendor, but it would be nice if someone could at least attempt to replicate the issue and/or find a fix. I could contact Sprint who owns the problem web page and open a ticket, but I'm not sure how far I would get. Thanks!

Please use Contact us instead. There appears to be a programming error with the web site itself and not with Internet Explorer.Carey Frisch
