Error with Disk Manage and Set up Backup
I am using the 64 bit version of Windows 7. When I right click 'My Computer' and click 'Manage', it looks as if a window comes up and immediately closes (I cannot see the window on the screen, but it appears for less than a second in the taskbar). I solved this problem with a registry merge from this site (see case one) http://www.winhelponline.com/articles/43/1/Error-Access-is-Denied--while-selecting-Manage-from-the-My-Computer-context-menu.html however, i get the same error (quick window open and close in the taskbar) when I go to Windows 'Backup and Restore', and click 'Set Up Backup' or even 'Select Another Backup to Restore Files From'. It seems that it is something in the registry that needs to be changed (looking at how the Manage problem was fixed), but I do not know what to change to fix this. Any advice would be appreciated.
