I tried deleting some ip at the hosts file but nothing.

The 0x80072EE7 error code may occur if the client computer cannot find the correct IP address when it tries to resolve a URL for the Windows Update Web site or for the Microsoft Update Web site. Please try what has been suggested by Kapil-Arya, if the problem still persists, please try changing your DNS addresses to other free public DNS such as 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 then check.
