Hello,

we are updating our lync to Skype for Business . But in one of our client machine whenever anyone try to login in this machine(in Skype for business) following error will come .

Although another user when login first time into this machine they login successfully but when login another time same error will come.

Although the other office component like outlook work fine .

Check if a server address is manually configured in "options -> Personal -> Advanced".

As I flush the registry entry(%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\) also manually configure the Sip Directory  and login.

Now its working fine .
