Please try the following solution about the problem:
1, Please make sure the the Anonymous Authentication and Forms Authentication is disabled in the 'Rgsconfig' authentication of IIS manager.
2, Create a Regkey "DisableLoopbackCheck" in the Registry like this:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA
DWORD: DisableLoopbackCheck
Value: 1

Hi,
We fortunately got a solution on this, I tried accessing the website from one of our client machines(Win 7) and I we got it running successfully.
Thanks,
Amit.
Hi,
iisreset /force did not help me either.
Amit.
Hi,
I know that this is very old topic but maybe someone will find it like I did.
Adding Lync Server address to the IE compatibility view worked for me.
