Is this a new pool?  Did you have a server or pool before with the same name?  Is there an old OCS infrastructure perhaps that had that pool name?

From the powershell, if you run get-cspool do you see multiple copies with the identity pool1.domain.com?

Hi,

Do you have Backup Pool associated to that pool? Are you using SQL Mirroring on both pools?

Hi,

Would you please elaborate more about your Lync environment?

Did the issue happen only for one user or for multiple users?

Did the issue only happen for single pool or for multiple pools?

Please check if you have changed the pool name and published

Here is a similar case may help you:

hi,

I found the record of a wrong object in pools with adsedit, after deleting the problem was solved.

Thanks to all
