Error showing for Bluetooth peripheral device in windows vista
Hi As I understand there should be support for additional Bluetooth profiles in Vista via Windows Update. When I pair my Bluetooth Headset I'm promted that Windows wants to install two "Bluetooth Peripheral devices". I assume that these are Headset and Handsfree profiles. Windows then searches Windows Update but nothing appears to be found and it is not possible to use these profiles. I can see them when I check the profiles property sheet under Bluetooth devices but when I try to deselect it just says "Profile not availabe". Any advice on this, does it work for anyone else or is this functionality not yet available.

Hello Rohan, In order to use Bluetooth technology, a device must be compatible with the subset of Bluetooth profiles necessary to use the desired services. Please check the model of your device and let us know it. Besides, confirm that your Windows Vista is fully updated. Regards, Lionel
