While i am opening my pc using windows key + E button it is showing catastrophic failure. How do i solve this?

When did this issue happen? If it just happened recently, you can try to perform system restore to see if we can fix this issue.

If the issue still persists, check the issue by following suggestions:

Since the catastrophic failure can be caused by 3rd part applications or service, please test the issue in clean boot mode:

If the issue doesnt appear, you can determine which one can be the cause by using dichotomy in MSconfig. Checking on half of Non-Microsoft service and restart, determining which half of the services cause the issue and repeating to check half of the problematic half services.

If the issue still persist in Clean boot mode, let's boot into safe mode to see what's going on.

If issue happens either is Safe mode, we consider the corrupted system files related factors.

Run following commands as admin in Safe mode to scan system files:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

Any error, post back the cbs.log and DISM log appeared after these commands.
