Hi,· Which operating system do you use?· Which email client do you use? Hotmail, Outlook?· Since when are you facing this issue?· Were you able to send emails to these people before on this system?· Are you able to receive emails?Once the mail is bounced back, check in the delivery failure mail, as to where the mail bounced from and let us know the details. I would suggest you to send them an email through another system or another browser and check whether you are able to send the emails or not. Verify whether the address of the person that you are entering in the send to address bar is correct. Try to send the email to one person at a time and check whether you are able to send the mails or not.Send a mail to your mail account and check whether you are able to receive it or not (test mail). Thank you and Regards. Thahaseena MMicrosoft Answers Support Engineer.Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think.
