Error message Oxc000021a

My Samsung laptop recently stopped working completely, i.e. i can't even boot it up, this was following a automatic update from Microsoft of my windows 8 OS.

  1. I have already tried the following.
  2. Creating the boot media as microsoft suggest with a flash drive - that hasn't worked
  3. Tried refreshing the laptop so all the software is removed but saves my data that hasn't worked,
  4. Tried resetting it so am back to factory default losing all my data that hasn't worked.

Any ideas on how i can get my machine working again

did your PC able to go safe mode?

tried to boot with "force drivers to have signature disabled"

did your Samsung model have preinstalled Operating system during first time purchase (OEM)?

If yes, try to perform recovery using build in OS (Samsung recovery solution)

ask Samsung for guidance for more details

If you buy operating system separately most likely if you unable to boot or do system recovery is caused by hardware issue. Ask Samsung regarding hardware troubleshooting

Can you access the Bios menu of your Samsung Laptop, if yes then on advance settings tab reset that to default and restart your laptop and try to start it in safe mode.
