I have Windows 7. There is only one account -- the administrator account. It has no password. I tried to add a password to the and got the following error message -- "Windows cannot change the password." I tried the methods described in the Answers.Microsoft.com forums: 1) control + alt + Delete; 2) "Computer Management > Local Users and Groups" doesn't appear; 3) Command prompt "net <user name> /Passwordchg:yes" None of these worked.
