Error installing RICOH printer on windows 7
I am running Windows 7 operating system, trying to load SPC231N onto system. Its already on the network but unable to load onto local PC. Error unable to load Language Monitor (11) NEE6AM installation failed. I've tried installing the printer in safe mode and as an administrator, i have downloaded the win7 driver, ensure printer is listed in active directory...what else is there to do? I don't know what the spec's are for the language monitor

Hi, You may try to ping the printer before you installing to check whehter the connectivity is good. And install the printer with Clean Boot. Using add printer guide to install the printer. If the issue still occur, I suggest to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
