I am in the process of setting up my old pc for my granddaughter to use.I have reinstalled Xp, cleared a lot of rubbish off,and have been using my mobile dongle toinstall the basics she will need,Reinstalled SP2,suddenly no modem!I have been through the basic checks,but dont want to delve too deeply in case I foul things up completely. Any help would be appreciated,preferably in laymans terms,cos Im getting old and easily confused!1 person needs an answerI do too
