Hi Ankit.

The issue is not caused by the browser you are using. This error is very common when MTLS certificate to get communication between Servers, in this case Communicator Web Access (CWA) and Pool Servers can't be validated.

Please make sure that the CA (Certification Authority) used to create the internal certificate in the Pool Servers can be trusted by the CWA server and viceversa, that CA used for the CWA certificate can be trusted by the internal Pool Servers. After create trust relationship you must restart the IIS service in the CWA server.

Please let me know the results.

As manager of the OCS click Standard or Enterprise Edition Pools

Expand ocsserver

Right click on OCS FE Server

In general on the field connections tab check that the mode of transport if this switch to TLS MTLS restart the service of a FE Server.
