If the problem does not occur, it indicates that the problem is related to one application or service we have disabled. I have the same problem. I have tried to reinstall Windows Update Agent from the link and no luck. Any other suggestions?

Dipak1729- I tried this, but when i get into renaming my Pending.xml file, it will not allow me to rename it even though I have taken ownership of the fill and given full permissions. It says Access Denied and that I need permission to do this. Do you have any solutions? BTW...there are many other pending.xml.01c98db1ea08a260 files Thanks for any help you might have.
