Getting this error code and message trying to print homegroup password. Have read all the other posts, no one answers the question. Please don't tell me to take a screen shot yadda yadda yadda. I tried to post mine here and the forum won't take it. MS needs to find and correct this problem

Hi Howardduck, I would like to confirm if the printer can work with other programs normally? I have a temporary workaround here: 1. Press PrintScreen (PrScrn) to capture a screenshot. 2. From Start, enter MSPAINT in the Search box, and then click "OK". 3. Use Ctrl + V to paste the screen shot to the paint. 4. From the File menu, click Print to print it.
