Error Code: 0X80070035
"Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found" when trying to access any network shared drives. This problem occured yesterday on my laptop with OS windows 7 pro. I cannot access any shared folders, shared drives. I cannot access my own laptops shared folders. I can see the device on the network and can connect to my laptop and access files on my laptop from other pc's. I have checked all the services required and they are started, netbios over tcp/ip is enabled, network discovery is turned on, windows firewall is turned off and also tried disabling the antivirus on the laptop but none worked. Also tried the system restore, which did not allow me to log back into the domain giving error " Trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed". So had to undo the system restore. Need a solution. Someone please help!

Can you access them after entering \\IPaddress from Start Search box? Does Internet connection work properly? Please temporary disable firewall and antivirus. If the issue still occurs, reinstall the network adapter driver. If it does not work, I suggest you check NetBIOS settings. 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Under Network and Internet, click View network status and tasks. 3. Click Change adapter settings. 4. Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties. 5. In the This connection uses the following items list, double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), click Advanced, and then click the WINS tab. 6. Click Use NetBIOS setting from the DHCP server, and then click OK three times. If there is no DHCP server, please just check the option “Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP”.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
