When going to event viewer I found these common errors. I have been experiencing problems with my computer but did not view these at the time to see wheter they were related to what I had encountered at the time. My laptop has regular problems with not displaying task bar icons (power icon and volume icon) From some reading this may be how windows starts and loads. The other is I had two episodes over one week where upon a boot after aproximately 5 min off there was a problem loading the operating system and I was forced to diagnostics. The error I got was: No diagnostic utility partition identified error loading operating system. I was forced to diagnostics. Initially it reported a problem with my hard drive and my optical drive then it booted properly. Several days later I had a similar experience on start up wit problem loading operating system but this time in diagnostics it reported a problem with my hard drive and no problem with my optical drive. Then several days later I booted normally and deliberately ran diagnostics to see if i had any hardware issues. All diagnostics were normal. There was no detectable problem with my hard drive or my optical drive. So i have two failures to load the operating system. I went to event viewer to see if I coluld get any important information for either the failure to always display task bar icons or the error in loading the operating system. Are these the errors related to the events? What is the next step?1 person needs an answerI do too
